End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and IT Grela (the “Developer”).

By installing or using the FishingLogbook mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License

The Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

• You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App remain with the Developer.

4. Privacy

Use of the App is subject to the Developer’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://itgrela.co.uk/english-privacy-policy-fishinglogbook/

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Use of the App is at your own risk.
